What is Give Freely Receive Freely (GFRF)?
GFRF is about free exchange. Giving what you have freely to those around you and being open to receive freely as well.
It is based on the idea that if each of us freely give what we have, there is plenty in this world for all of us to have and live in abundance.
The Experiment
I have been experimenting with GFRF for the last year or so, and over that time my ideas about it have changed and evolved somewhat as I think I have also changed and evolved somewhat from trying to use this idea in my life.

My first update after trying it for awhile
I guess at this stage GFRF is still an experiment for me. I can’t say that I am all that good at it yet. I still have a lot to learn and it has been an interesting journey so far.
